Electronic revolving doors can stop and trap you, yes. For example, if it bumps into someone in another segment, it will stop and then you are trapped. I have been "trapped" inside one such door (for like 30 whole seconds) because the person in front of me couldn't decide whether they wanted to push the door or have the door push them.
