Some of the companies you named explicitly exclude marijuana related offenses from the thing you have to declare, if they are small and old offenses, basically anything related to personal use more than 2 years ago. This seems to apply to you. That being said, be honest and ask your recruiter if it's a problem, it's better to be upfront than to get screwed because of a background check. |
