Equity/profit sharing could easily be a 6th point in the article. In Europe, that's a lot less common than it is in the States though but you make a very valid point anyway. On the other hand, isn't a CEO mostly driven by cash/profits only? For me personally, I would trade in cash for more flexibility and freedom at any time. |
