I was a non-believer in preprocessors for a while until I actually started using one. Writing HTML and CSS can be a pain, so much repetition and closing tags/brackets for something that's just a markup/stylesheet language. I've been using Jade and Stylus for while and oh my god how much faster you can write stuff and how quickly you get spoiled by it.
