I actually use and enjoy this app... I use the breaks every 25 minutes to do some jumping jacks and stretching - trying to avoid the detrimental health impact of the "sitting is the new smoking" issue that happens when you sit down to long. Or I will change from standing to sitting postures for each pomodoro. "Scared straight out of your chair? Good. Because the remedy is as simple as standing up and taking activity breaks.
