"Double taxation" is a good sound bite, but it doesn't actually say anything. yummyfajitas gives a computation below that shows the overall tax rate is higher (48%). That is an actual argument (which I will respond to there). But other than that, "double taxation" means nothing other than "different rates", which is generally always the case. |
