Tried to signup for facebook several times today and it kept asking for my phone number. I wonder if teens are less willing to go through that hassle.

Compare that to twitter's new onboarding experience, which is (arguably) very well done.

No they don't want to hang out on the same place their mom is. They have accounts but they sit idle.
