Sorry if it came across as harsh. I believe there's two options... a) We let our freedom be gradually eroded over a long period of time, so that people don't notice it, and so that any one generation can't really remember how great things were. b) There's a wake up call event that shows people we should not allow ourselves to go down this road at all. |
