If you've ever been to Amsterdam, it's amazing to see how the people move around that city. Bikes everywhere and they have the right of way. Not cars.

In many cases, that is _take_ the right of way. Cars and bikes (mostly?) have equal footing. That sometimes means the car has right of way, sometimes it's reversed.
