One more thought that relates to what I said below "chance to bail". As a business you might give someone a 100% money back guarantee. But the same business would never go to someone and say "by the way you haven't complained are you sure you are 100% satisfied? If not let me know and I'll give you your money back!" What do you think would happen then? (The above is a bit of an extreme example to make a point.) |
