>they're more utilities for managing multiple framework instances. Still, you're likely to find tutorials that use them as a de facto standard, which only adds to noob confusion. That sounds more like a problem of php. Tools like composer should be more widespread and when they are switching to virtualenv probably isn't going to be so much of a hassle. |
