It's really no different than any other early adopter premiums. They pay $80-$100 every month to watch "Breaking Bad" now; I pay $8/month and I'll get to watch it in a year or so when it hits Netflix. Just like the people driving hybrids and electrics are bringing the cost down to where the rest of the population can afford it. The only real difference is that in this case the early adopter is the normal case and the late adopters are the outliers. |
