You can manually initiate an upgrade by opening Internet Explorer and entering into the address bar: ms-windows-store:WindowsUpgrade
(Be warned: 8.1 Preview to 8.1 RTM is a fresh install. Your Metro apps will come back, but your Win32 apps will have to be reinstalled.) |
