I haven't used 1Password before, but I know LastPass offers multifactor authentication via your mobile app of choice[0], which comes to essentially the same thing. Once you've set it up, you require two passwords to log in: one you memorise; the other you read off your mobile app, and is regenerated every 30 seconds.
