It's weird how different the are across the pond. Here in the UK the old TMobile (now EE) was absolutely terrible. I took out a new contract for the iPhone 5 on Preorder. They never delivered it and started harrasing me to pay my contract that was due to start when the phone arrived (which it didn't.) It took me 25+ hours on hold and in the end I ended up tweeting them. Their twitter support team was a billion times better than anyone on the phone and the guy got it resolved for me. |
