I'm the owner of fundfill, and yes, there is an issue with the site. We're working feverishly to get the issue resolved. It is preventing money from actually appearing in the fund. I'd ask anyone interested to register with the site, and I'll email everyone once this is working. We're in a pre-startup phase, so I can only beg your patience with this bug. Would a Bitcoin account satisfy any lingering doubts? If so, I'll set it up as soon as possible. Again, my apologies for the problems with the site - this is the most traffic we've had.
