A business sector has arisen to address this issue- companies will pay for and install the panels for free, allowing the household to consume the electricity for free, whilst the company will profit from the subsidy for the generation. Of course, those with the capital themselves are going to do better still, but that is the very nature of capitalism, hardly unique to this issue. |
