The right for unrestricted subsequent funding / Series A?

I am looking for statistics what share of startups that have received Series A investment have maintained full freedom (no investor veto) on subsequent funding rounds.

If there is no data available, would you consider a related market research interesting (doing for myself, sharing for others the results too)?
