No they are not? How are they intertwined? One is language, one is style. That is not even mentioning that "ISO 8601 Data elements and interchange formats – Information interchange – Representation of dates and times" puts Monday as day one. Plus all the clients that aren't broken and can separate language from style. Oh well, I think I got trolled -.- |
