The documentation looks nice, but the pricing page is just confusing (at least for my colleague and me).

that's good feedback. Would a pricing calculator help or is it just that there are too many cost centers?

A calculator would probably help. How about showing some sample setups (and their resulting costs) for different kinds of webapps?
