just for completeness sake and because no one mentioned it yet: https://github.com/technicalpickles/homesick yes, you need ruby for it but I dont really see that as a problem. Its a bit confusing at first (could be just me, but I still dont get why you have basically 2 repos, one managed by homesick and the one you checked out yourself) but it works fairly well. Takes care of symlinking, updating and whatever you want. |
