1) I take it you're choosing: no university -- that's a big decision. If you're good, having no degree is a non-issue (it wasn't for me), but there IS huge value in the academic/social environment of a good university. 2) Make a splash, meet people, cycle ideas NOW. Anyone expressing a sentiment of reservation towards you is being... resentful? It's clear you're willing to take risks and accept failures. Writing what you did was a positive experience for you, even as people criticize it. 3) Very few people understand that we all have what we want. Good job. |
