Either that or you're young, naive and a bad judge of character. The founder, whom you obviously look up to, is likely much older and more experienced than you. Of course he knows what is going on in his own company. The other guys didn't become senior employees by accident. Thinking otherwise is frankly stupid. Leave asap.
