Let's just switch to a sane foreign policy and be done with "terrorism". At least mid- and long-term, that's the only thing that will stop the recruiting of new "terrorists".

All I am arguing is that using probablities as counter argument to war on terrorism is not really smart.

There are far better arguments out there. So lets not use the ones that the supporters may be able to use against us.
