At work, before iPhone, I'd typically take to the bathroom a book that covered something I actually needed to know for work, so my time in the bathroom was actually productive time. After iPhone, I read HN, Reddit, or Slashdot. So, at least in my case, there has definitely been a hit to productivity. |
