Consider Shockley (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Shockley). Brilliant, amazingly productive, and possibly the biggest and most abrasive all-around asshole since Newton. In the end, any system which would disqualify a Shockley is a broken system which will bankrupt the tech industry. |
