Jesse, any idea when I'm going to be able to download my backups from Rackspace cloud servers and instantly/directly load them into either VMWare or Virtualbox? I asked about this a while ago and was told it was coming with the move to OpenStack.

So, I spoke to the product team and they told me that this is still in the pipeline and part of the plan. The team is pretty heads down focused on scalability, performance and other key items - so yes, this is still coming, and hopefully sooner rather than later.

Sorry I can't give you a specific date, but I don't want to set unreasonable expectations.
