Vision is generally very high level. When it comes to actual implementation you need to dig 100 ft deeper into the problem. Moreover, isn't it the case with most of the early stage startups that are yet to hit product market fit? I run my own startup and I get constant feedback form all the stakeholders. Of course, my team makes decisions based on the feedback and insights. But we are constantly evolving as a company and decision making is very quick. In fact, from my interactions and readings even successful companies were like that.
