For those who upgraded and still see the old scrollbar: despite what Beta Release Note said, Lion-style scrollbar is not in this release due to regression. It will be available in Firefox 24 instead[1]: >The new scrollbars has been disabled on Beta for Firefox 23 due to a serious regression.
