Avoid Brogrammers, rock stars, and anyone who advocates rails as the solution to the business problem at hand. The good programmer asks questions first. The bad one runs off and builds stuff at a whim. The good programmer gets stuff done. The bad programmer wastes time on the latest and greatest, bikesheds on whether they should rewrite everything in ruby today and go tomorrow. Avoid the bad programmers. |
