Cooking food in bulk is anything but convenient. Where the hell do I put all of it? How do I track if it's still good to eat, etc.

In the fridge?
My fridge isn't that big.
Get a bigger fridge. It'll be less than a year on soylent and you get to eat actual real healthy food.
My fridge is exactly as large as the hole in my kitchen allows for it to be, and I have no place to put a second one.

Small condo is small :(

In the bellies of all the people you share it with! Cooking in bulk makes the most sense when you've got a big group of people sharing food.
There's only two of us, unfortunately.
You've got an answer for everything. Maybe Soylent is your answer.
