If you spend 40+ hours a week working on other people's projects, hasn't the worst that can happen already happened? The plan is that you work until you have enough money to hold you for a year or two (so you can work on your projects). If they cut your pay then the quit date is pushed back, if they give you a raise then it's pushed up. I think that covers it. So dead end means... no raise in sight? |
