The Mono project leaves it up to the packagers for each specific Linux distro do the packaging (just like nearly 100% of all other open source projects) because they are more knowledgable about the various packaging subtleties of their own distros. GTK# is what is used to develop Xamarin Studio / MonoDevelop, so it is pretty well supported. |
