Side question: has the State now successfully argued that I can secretly record all conversations provided that I do not listen to them until I later get a warrant or court order? Personally I think the two-party consent laws for recording are a great boon for corruption, and having the ability to record everything just in case I might later need to prove what was said in court would be immensely useful. |
