The charts on Yahoo Finance (very good website, btw - I'm unaffiliated) adjust for splits. This is why you don't see any discontinuity on split dates.

Yes. No dividends for most of that period too, which usually compensates for inflation.

Most being the first five years of the fifteen year period? It looks like their dividends started in 03 and have only been increasing.
