I find that in the mornings I am in maths-mode, and in the evenings art-mode. If I want to do something creative (guitar, writing, painting) I stay up late. If I want to do something technical (programming, calculations, planning) I'll wake up early. Main problem is that it is easy to stay up a little later, but hard to wake up a little earlier... |
