I checked out your site. One quick suggestion is your list under "Reasons Companies Choose Prospect For Hiring" If you're going to break up a list into two columns, the numbered items should travel vertically before continuing in the second column, it's the natural reading style for people in the West. ie. (*edit HN is collapsing what should be vertical numbers on separate lines into one line) 1
