I once used to lead 20 telemarketers. I would create all sorts of board games on a whiteboard, using magnets and a marker. 1 Sale would equal 1 move. Adding bonus fields, and a finish line, Those who made it to that where allowed to go home for the day. Believe me, it did wonders to sales |
