Unfortunately the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is only univeral in so far as it's universally ignored whenever that happens to be convenient. I would be truly surprised if there is any country that does follow through on all human rights. The US especially probably breaks more human rights than any other first world country by a significant margin. |
