Our database extends PostgreSQL; and can easily run analytic queries on data loaded into Postgres, as well as on data that lives in distributed data stores such as Hadoop. We are (yet) a small team of hardcore engineers who previously worked at Amazon and Cloudera. We are a Y Combinator S11 startup and are well-funded.
