Depends on the record you're looking at. If you look at the temperature records from ice cores you can see that the entire 21st century has so far been within the historical range at this point in the cycle. http://www.wmich.edu/corekids/images/icecoredatahistorical02... However the 21st century has been an outlier in that temperatures have suddenly (for some reason :) failed to correlate with the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. |
