Just to balance out the negative comments, I actually really like Quartz. - Scrolling down into the next article and having the article list as a sidebar is a neat way to encourage exploration. It makes the site a bit more "sticky". - I like that ads are unobtrusive and placed at the end of the articles. And unlike nytimes.com, there's no paywall. - I find the site's overall design crisp and relatively uncluttered compared to most news sites. |
