I've found a bit of a workaround if VLC is crashing, which seems to fix the problem for me. 1. Open VLC, and open the stream as usual 2. Let the stream load - it'll load in lower quality first 3. Before it automatically transitions to the higher quality stream, go to Video --> Video Track --> Disable. The video will now be disabled. 4. Wait for a bit. Go to Video --> Video Track --> Track 1. The video will now be streamed in its highest quality mode without crashing. This worked for me, hope it works for others! |
