he has a few completed solo projects, and was a friend of a friend, so I was able to spend time with him learning about his skill-set, which I then ran past the CTO of a local company. It all seemed to check out. I really like him as a person, and I know that he has the ability to build this, but I'm stuck on the management aspect of it. because I'm not technical and I respect the process so much, it's hard for me to know when I need to push harder or let off the gas. Not to mention the fact that he's a co-founder, so that relationship has to look a little bit different than "I'm your manager, get shit done" |
