Along the same lines:
1) Govt asks: Have you ever committed a crime? and waits for your response
2) Then asks: Have you ever jaywalked/gone faster than posted speed/etc? (any other "common" crime) If you answered "no" to 1) and "yes" to 2) then, congrats!
