The way you phrased it makes it sound as though, if you are a Windows user that experienced fraudulent charges, then the _only_ possible explanation is malware. Your explanation is certainly possible, but it doesn't contradict the Linode explanation. You might say that the former is much more likely than the latter, but that doesn't rule linode out. |
