I have a trello board with two columns. One has all of the ideas I come up with (title, and short description on how I plan to implement the idea). If I start work on an idea, I move it into the other column, just so I can keep track of it. Ever couple of weeks I go through the list of ideas and change the order of the items, putting the ideas which I want to work on first towards the top. |
