Plus, a prevailing ideology is never going to (or back to) jail at all costs, alongside an opinion it belief that any contact with police - no matter how minor or even lawful - carries that huge risk. So that minor chance of getting away or out of that scenario is mighty appealing, and running could certainly be a reflex for many. |
