I am a Chinese Ruby on Rails developer in the bay area. I want to be able to find a career that uses my multi-faceted skills like my Chinese, entrepreneurship skills as well as STRONG creativity as well Math skills. I am not satisfied being JUST a RoR web developer although I love RoR very much. What are my options? I am on H1-B so having my own venture would be difficult without a green card. Let's talk.
