In Brazil there is a government initiative named Bolsa FamÃlia that gives US$ 45,00 per child on school. It's removing proplr from poverty and increasing the local market in some cities. The main benefit is that the people doesnt want to earn this money from govern, so they stsrt to look at job opportunities. |
